I know how busy @Silvan-CIG must be, so if anyone else knows the answer, it would be great as I cannot find which thread it is located.
Does anyone remember the console commands to change the resolution on the helmet UI in VR?

You can’t change the resolution of the helmet UI (visor). It should be sufficiently high enough. You can only change the resolution of the UI plane where the inventory and menu is rendered on.
