Which is unfortunate because more realism would be more fun imo compared to the current flight behaviours model.
The mantra of this game was always to start at realism and then bring it back to fun. It’s always been like that. In a fully realistic space game you won’t dogfight, you’d slob guided projectiles at insane speeds at each other. And that frankly is not the type of experience we want to create. There are a lot of things we want in SC but full realism is not one of these goals. We’re aiming for a reasonable level of believability.
