EDIT: Nov 3 is gone, is this an error or in fact intended? If intended it’s odd that US is skipped. Although on the other hand probably wise to keep the rest as much the same as already communicated.

It’s the big change together with nov 11, 12, 13 and 14 being removed as well.

This is intentional. Playtest removal was split evenly across regions (2x US, 2x EU, and 2x APAC).
