I thought I could offer some perspective on the topic of support ticket response times.

We are experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of ticket requests from community members.

This is one of the busiest times of year for our Customer Service teams, so if you have a ticket submitted, just hang tight, and it will eventually work its way up the queue.
