When I try to send a private message to a specific user (no matter if using quick message or private message) I’m always getting the following error message:
This lobby could not be found.
I’ve found several chat messages on Spectrum complaining about that error message but I couldn’t find a solution / workaround.
Other users can send private messages to that specific user and I can also send private messages to other users so it doesn’t seem to be a fundamental problem.
Can you please check if there is a problem on your side? I don’t know if I’m allowed to post the user’s name here so if you need to know it to investigate please tell me.
