Issue Council, RSI Website

Hi everyone,

We’re introducing a new addition to the Issue Council: site bug reporting category. This addition is designed to help us identify and address any issues you may encounter while using the RSI Website, making the experience smoother for everyone. For now, this feature will be available exclusively to Evocati as part of a soft launch.

It will use the same features that you are already familiar with if you’ve used the Issue Council before: Report issues, confirm problems reported by other users, and indicate if you are experiencing a similar issue. When submitting a report, you’ll have the option to choose specific areas of the website, the browser and devices you’re using, and the severity of the issue you encounter. Providing reproduction steps and supporting evidence, like screenshots or videos, will greatly assist our Platform Team in triaging and resolving problems efficiently.

The platform team will review all reports, assess their impact, and prioritize fixes based on the severity and frequency of the issues. Since this time of the year brings significant traffic to the website, we’re rolling out this feature now to gather data and insights early, ensuring we can refine the system and address any critical problems quickly.

:avocado: To Evocati members: We’ll badge your account shortly to grant you access to the RSI Website section in the Issue Council. Once it is live, you’ll see the new category appear here: Issue Council. At that point, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the process, test it out, and share any relevant feedback to help us further improve this system.

The tentative launch date for this feature is November 27. As always, your participation and constructive feedback are invaluable to us, and we’re excited to see the insights you’ll bring to this new initiative! Thanks for your time and support. o7
