Star Citizen Alpha Patch 3.24.2

Alpha Patch 3.24.2 has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test!   Patch should now show: VERSION 3.24.2-PTU.9351284.

Characters in this new environment have been built from Long Term Persistence(LTP) data.

Currently with LTP, certain player states such as personal hangar layout, custom characters, and in-game purchased consumables are not saved between releases which will cause some items to be lost in the next update.

Please log out then back in on the issue council site to see the Evocati environment there. Please make sure to only select the Evocati 3.24.0 environment when creating IC reports while the builds are Evocati only

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing.  When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the “Testing Focus”.  Please issue council all issues related to those in testing focus and in general gameplay.

We have a temporary cvar set that will help with ships falling through hangar elevators when lifting them up. This will be a little weird and teleporty but should help until a full fix is in.

To make the Tractor UI more legible and usable with the new, non-Aim Down Sight (ADS) system, we added new indicators to distinguish between Traversal (LMB) and Detachment (RMB) modes.
