Yes, there’s a number of bugs in the Known Issues list, and plenty on the Issue Council (thank you!) – we’re looking into them all.

Many servers have already picked up the hotfix, but we’re still actively restarting several shards to ensure everyone receives the updates. We’re almost done with the EU, and US restarts will kick off in about 30 minutes (0400 UTC). Thanks all for the feedback/reports – more fixes to come.
